Internal Sales Executive Cardiff £25,000 per annum excellent benefits package Hours or work: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Are you a confident and competent internal sales person who is looking to work as part of a well established and welcoming team? Are you professional, hard working and keen to learn? Do you have account management experience coupled with an approachable and friendly manner? If so, then we'd like to hear from you asap. Meridian Business Support are looking to recruit a proactive and customer service driven candidate to work as part of an established Sales team on the outskirts of Cardiff. Duties to include: To act as the first point of contact for in-bound sales enquiries, providing quotes and processing orders. To act as underlying support for the Business Development Manager, account managing existing business, developing new business and re-engaging lapsed accounts. To conduct fact finding activity to re-engage low spending and non-spending accounts. To produce a monthly progress report, outlining personal successes, challenges, and identifying any areas of support needed in order to meet team and company targets. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships with existing customers. To keep customers informed regarding the progress of their orders, liaising with suppliers and the warehouse team. To keep up to date with tier one and tier two suppliers. Essential criteria: Customer service experience. Account management experience. Experience of using SAP Business One or any CRM system. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Desirable: Experience of working in a sales role. Customer Service qualification. Formal Sales qualification/training.
