Overview
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking a Business Development experienced candidate to work on an ongoing temporary sales role in central Brighton. This role would suit someone wanting to step up in their sales career and enter into the financial industry. Working from their offices in Brighton, you will be expected to (but not limited to) Research and create your own leads. Contact potential customers via telephone/emails. Follow up on every successful lead. Book potential customers/clients in for a meeting with yourself. On board new clients. The Business Development Associate will be serving as a key member of the business development team working closely to progress business strategy. We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking and sharp executions coupled with relentless ambition and energy to reach target goals. Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a sales role. Detailed oriented, possess quantitative and analytical skills. Effective project and time management skills. Ability to prioritize among competing goals to execute on tight deadlines. Must be capable of working independently, but also an effective team player and enthusiastic collaborator in a cross-functional environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written to interact knowledgeably with and impact both internal and external parties.
