Juice Recruitment is very pleased to be supporting a market leading company with the appointment of a Telesales Executive for their Bristol team based in Central Bristol Mon - Fri Office Hours OTE £25k (Uncapped Commission) Working as part of a new, exciting sales team, you will be instrumental in creating a buzz in the office by setting high standards both sales and attitude wise. Prospecting potential clients, you will be accountable for contributing towards the team and floor budgets, whilst striving for over achievement of personal revenue targets, and KPIs including call times, calls made and average value of sale. This is predominately a new business role which requires resilience, determination and a strong desire to succeed. Accountabilities To canvass prospective clients by telephone, conducting a through fact find to establish customer needs and recommend a tailored solution. Following up on targeting marketing campaigns which may result in appointment setting for our account team, or sales direct with the prospect. To meet daily call rate targets as determined by the Sales Manager. To be able to forecast accurately on a weekly and monthly basis. To meet and exceed team revenue targets. To create and maintain the CRM with all prospect details, along with relevant information and call backs. To send out relevant samples and follow up with a scheduled call back. To make full of our marketing library to tailor sales pitches. To keep the Sales Manager informed on business both lost and gained, along with reasoning. Knowledge, Competences and Experience Able to not only work, but to thrive, under pressure and hit targets and KPIs. Experience of working within a targeted, outbound cold calling environment. First class interpersonal skills, able to convey a sense of urgency where appropriate. The ability to persuade, negotiate and establish meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients/agencies. Fantastic communication skills over the telephone, continuously searching for ways to exceed customer expectations. Ability to contribute to a team environment. Basic IT skills.
