Are you a pre-sales consutant with expertise in supporting sales engagements through client discussions, meetings, demonstrations, presentations, tenders, workshops and proposals? Do you have experience in a pre-sales role for Workforce Management (WFM) software solutions? We have an exciting opportunity for a WFM pre sales consultant to join a team in a market leading WFM/HCM solutions provider. Home based with travel, mainly UK. Good package including car allowance and bonus. You will have: previous experience as a WFM pre sales professional passion for sales, hunger to win business supporting a sales team expereince in solution selling environment supporting sales with both face to face and online meetings enthusiastic and charismatic presentation style broad knowledge of the UK HCM/WFM market experience of creating sales enablement tools track reord of delivering comprehensive, winning proposals and tender responses ability to tailor demonstrations for prospects track record of delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations ability to work in a demanding environment with tight deadlines willingness to travel UK wide In the role you will: join an established market leading international organisation, developing new business in the UK, where market presence exists and there is a strategy for significant growth contribute to sales success by supporting the sales team create and deploy sales enablement tools, demonstrations, presentations feed into product management to support product roadmap and marketing maintains strong market understanding and competitor landscape participate in sales processes over 3 to 9 months average sales cycles, some longer participate in winning SaaS solutions sales of £200k to £300k order values and beyond, with £60k to £90k first year average contract values If you are looking to develop a career in pre sales for high value consultative WFM sales, working with the best and developing your career in a successful, established and fast growing company, contact me now with a CV so we can discuss this fantastic opportunity.
