Yes Then we have the perfect opportunity for you We are currently looking for a highly driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work with the UK's largest recruitment company Successful Candidates: - Will have a solid background within B2B sales - Comfortable selling face to face and over the phone - Have a full UK driving licence - Commercial awareness - Experienced in a highly targeted environment - Able to communicate at all levels - Proactive, passionate and sales hungry - Willing to go the extra mile to achieve gaols - Experienced in working in an extremely fast paced environment The Role: You will be expected to: To achieve prospect activity targets, high quality standards and meet specific client requirements. Carry out a wide range of sales activities, including cold calling, telephone sales, prospect visits, mailshots. Prepare sales presentations for clients, promoting Adecco UK as the supplier of first choice. To expand the client base by actively sourcing new business, actively following up on sales calls and pursuing all sales opportunities. Build intelligence on client companies through reviewing candidates' interview experience and advising future candidates on their interview strategies. Present candidates' details to clients and make interview arrangements, ensuring the candidate is fully briefed on the interview arrangements.
