Overview

Sales Executive Excellent basic salary commision. Maidstone To play a key role in the continued growth of 1PS. We support Recruitment agencies by providing funding and back office services to allow them to grow. You’ll be joining the Sales department, assisting the team and working closely with the heads of the business. You will have the opportunity to become an integral part of the team and impact and affect the growth strategy. Main tasks Self-generating leads and new business through cold calling, Linkedin and emails. Nurture sales leads through marketing campaigns and direct emails/newsletters Account management for existing clients and designated point of contact. Maintaining department records and CRM, including spreadsheets and databases that track referrals, sales and customers Assist with the sales presentations and maintain accurate sales materials Support ongoing campaigns and identify upsell opportunities Assist with the sales presentations and maintain accurate sales materials Target research on key customers and market segments. Eg Research that supports the team, such as performing Internet searches for potential clients and gathering information to use to identify prospects Qualifications and Skills Previous Sales experience Proactive and willing to chase for new opportunities Experience of liaising with clients on phone, email and messaging Good numeracy and IT skills, particularly spreadsheets and databases The ability to plan and organise, prioritise and delegate when needed A calm, level-headed approach ensuring accuracy even under pressure Personal Attributes Positive, personable and friendly Sales focused and commercially minded Team player Practical and pragmatic An interest in sales and desire to play a key role in a growing within a small team An interest in identifying and targeting key prospects, nurturing them through marketing campaigns An interest in the entire deal cycle to close more business Thrive in a busy working environment An eagerness to learn and contribute to the wider goals of the sales team Good analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and spot opportunities
