Vendor Distributor Sales Manager ( Audio Visual ) £40,000-£45,000 un capped commission £30,000 plus car allowance or millage Migrowth are pleased to be working with this new Vendor of Audio Visual Managed Services We are seeking talented, dynamic and ambitious Distribution Sales Manager The Sales Professional we need is an influential individual , to help drive growth, identify and maximise opportunities and develop a new Channel Introducing New Partners ( Distribution) we currently have 1 distributor who you will manage This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to make a significant contribution and be well rewarded for their achievements, who will be at the start of this new product Key Activities And Responsibilities Develop strategic relationship on all levels of the distribution channel organization and connect these into our organization Secure marketing commitment for our key products, incl but not limited to pitching promotions for our portfolio Seek new Distribution Channel Partners and internal stakeholders to deliver on channel revenue targets Share key data and insights to internal stakeholders for (product and sales) improvement Develop best practices to foster, manage, and track opportunities Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and report back to the Management Team Actively identify new opportunities with, provide business cases and bring these forwards to actionable decisions by commercial and or management team Who we are looking for Extensive experience selling to solution providers, resellers, system integrators, software suppliers and OEM customers, Distribution Strong track record of sales success, with major sales achievements Rapidly acquire new partners with long term commitment Lead and develop sales activity to motivate focused and effective customer engagement, acquisition, retention and growth Collaborate with Marketing to ensure effective lead and opportunity generation activity Strong technical and commercial capability able to develop and nurture customer confidence and ensure revenue and margin targets achieved Be part of a close knit team that will provide support, and be a key driver in growing the business All applicants send CVS to Louise Wright Migrowth specialises in recruiting Sales, Marketing, Executive professionals in the Technology & Audio Visual Industry
