Overview

My client is an award winning, luxury Residential developer who build exceptional bespoke schemes across London. They are currently seeking a Mandarin speaking Sales Consultant to join the expanding New Homes Team. This is an amazing opportunity for a sales hungry individual: You will have access to sell off-plan from multiple developments in their extensive portfolio giving you the potential to embark on an extremely lucrative career. Please note you must have experience selling new build developments, experience dealing with HNWI's and ideally have a pre-existing database of Chinese clients. The role and responsibilities: Business development to grow and establish a network of Chinese agents Provide an excellent level of Customer Service to new and existing London Square purchasers from China Be able to pitch and present London Square projects to both agents and buyers To be based at HQ, with access to sell across the whole portfolio of developments Basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 with an OTE of £50,000 The ideal candidate will have: Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese University level education completed At least 3 years experience working in a global agency At least 3 years experience working in China Prior experience working with both residential and commercial Have a pre-existing database of Chinese agents and HNWI's If you are interested in this position and would like to find out more information please contact Ellie King on or
