Key Account Coordinator - Temp to perm Basildon £10ph 9am to 5.30pm, Monday - Friday Ref: KB906712 Our client, a leading import and export company in Basildon are currently seeking an experienced coordinator to support a number of key accounts and the Sales Manager. This will be a temp to perm position, to start ASAP. Key accountabilities Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will have responsibility for maintaining and improving customer service levels for a number of key national accounts within the group and providing office and sales support to field-based Account Managers. As a National Account Coordinator you will be given the true responsibility for managing and maintaining this portfolio as well as supporting the Account Managers. Successful delivery of account growth through both internal and external relationships. Effective liaison and communication between the company's internal departments. Dealing with all enquiries relating to existing/new accounts on a daily basis and ensuring account requests are acted upon and communicated to the relevant department. Checking sales orders that come in (costs, pack sizes) and processing for picking and delivery. Person specification Previous experience of dealing with National Accounts in a fast-moving environment would be an advantage Excellent communication skills Strong team player Self-motivated and ambitious with a view to the position leading you into account management as a career, if required PC literate, Google mail, Excel Due to the high response received for some vacancies we regret that we are sometimes unable to reply to all applicants.
