Field Sales Executive Medway and CT postcodes £25,000 basic £450 per month car allowance OTE £45-50,000 Phone and Laptop Monday-Friday - No evenings or weekends Netbox Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with an innovative and independently owned hygiene service company to recruit for a Field Sales Executive covering the Medway and Kent based CT postcodes. You will enjoy an autonomous environment managing your own diary on a daily basis, spending one day a week in the office and the other 4 days on patch you will be looking after 300 client accounts and selling new products and contracts into others. The organisation is an Investor in people and a member of ISO14001 demonstrating that they are environmentally conscious As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for: - Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients via Networking events, face to face meetings, strategic canvassing and phone-based rapport building Booking your own appointments, selling contracted products to new and existing customers Creating new opportunities and converting into transactions Taking a proactive approach to attract new business Ensuring an exemplary customer service is delivered at all times Selling business to business on a face to face basis Maximising sales orders to ensure the client needs are fulfilled Finding gaps within the market to create an inlet into new business To be successful in this role as a Field Sales Consultant you will have: - Excellent communication and 1st class customer service skills A natural sales desire and hunger to succeed in field sales and business development An outgoing personality that can jell easily within a team Experience of working with the public, in a field sales or business development setting The ability to face rejection and continue with a positive attitude Full UK Driving license In return, you will receive: - Basic salary £25,000 £5,400 car allowance Ongoing training and personal development with an extensive 3-week product training Convenient working hours Monday - Friday including one day in the main office planning the week ahead Mobile phone allowance and fuel allowance If you would like to join a company that offer a great benefits package, salary and commission coupled with learning and development opportunities then please apply as soon as possible.
