Overview

Up to 45.000K (Senior Level) Central London Client Services Account Manager Position Overview We are searching for a Client Service Account Manager to manage the onboarding and day to service delivery of Just IT's key clients. Generating fee income via new client attraction, delivering against existing client requirements and identifying Account growth opportunities they contribute towards team and company targets. Client Service Account Managers are heavily focussed on expanding our product offerings across these clients and as such are seen as a Group-wide ambassador in everything they do. Responsibilities Build an organisation hierarchy chart and nurture relationships with all relevant contacts across a portfolio of Group Corporate Accounts Create account plans for each employer with SMART objectives to hit revenue and start number targets Win and build relationships with larger employers who will be impacted by the Apprenticeship Levy to meet agreed revenue and apprentice start targets Cross-sell the Just IT services offerings into your key accounts Attend relevant industry, business, and networking events to generate leads and increase awareness of the Just IT and Skills Team brands Support the wider team to deliver employer events such as Pathway Pioneers Help to support the Commercial Training business to hit agreed budget and P&L targets Build relationships with industry-related bodies such as EPA's NAS, Sector Skills Councils, LEP's, Chambers of Commerce, CompTIA, Microsoft as appropriate Research and report on changes in the market and impact of government legislation to understand the impact on Just IT and Skills Team and make recommendations for future growth and strategy Work with the Curriculum Manager to determine when new Standards should be adopted and inform the training needs the market is procuring Work with marketing to develop an appropriate marketing strategy and materials to promote Just IT and Skills Team's product offering Support the other Divisions providing cover were necessary to attend meetings and completely starts to help achieve profile targets Support the Tender Team by attending sales pitches to win new business and review tender documents to ensure writing is high quality and answers the requirements of the bid Mentors Senior Account Execs and Account Managers - Senior level Delivers training to upskill others - Senior level Key sales representative in Product Pioneer meetings - Senior level Candidate Requirements Essential Strong experience in a commercial and target driven organisation with a personal track record of target achievement Experience of business to business interactions, marketing, and selling, preferably in an apprenticeship, training or recruitment environment Proven ability in meeting time, cost and quality targets Sound knowledge of resourcing procedures and the influences on employer HR procedures Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to the intermediate user level CRB check required Desirable Recognised degree, the management or vocational qualification Experience and understanding of large and small business issues Experience of the government-funded Apprenticeship model Familiar with the use of computerised record systems and databases Individual Behaviors High levels of Pace, Passion & Persuasion. Highly professional, well presented and provides an excellent first impression of Just IT All aspects of relationship management Good organisation and administration skills Able to liaise effectively with internal and external customers, both by telephone and face-to-face Resilient, calm and practical under pressure Flexible and innovative - able to think outside the box Excellent verbal and written communication, and influencing skills particularly in face to face presentation situations and contract meetings Confidentiality The post holder must maintain the confidentiality of information about clients, staff and other internal business.
