Overview
My client is a fast growing privately owned HR and Employment Law consultancy business, and due to ongoing expansion are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager with experience of selling HR and Employment Law outsourced solutions to join their team. They are looking to recruit a skilled BDM who is able to manage and grow a territory focussed on the South East, spanning from Milton Keynes to London and all surrounding areas, therefore an ideal base location would perhaps be within 30 miles of Aylesbury/Luton. The role will include attending both self generated appointments and meeting which have been pre-qualified by the internal sales team, to discuss potential needs and generate a proposal which both meets customer requirements and also business objectives. The ultimate goal is to achieve defined key performance indicators including gross profit generated, whilst providing a professional and personable contact point for customers. Basic salary is dependent on skills and experience however will likely fall in the £30-45,000 range. This role will bring a market leading OTE, plus the usual BDM trimmings including car, laptop and phone.
