My client a large software house based on the borders of Bucks and Herts in the process of redefining their current CRM journey. We are looking for a Business Analyst who has excellent CRM experience, especially with Salesforce. You will be tasked to rediscover the user journey, user workshops and help with bringing together the various business functions that rely on the outputs of the system. The core team will be mixed skillset and all are very driven to achieving the best results that are in line with business expectations.
