Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join a highly thought of business on a temp to permanent basis You will be responsible for helping the organisation develop its Shared Ownership and Market Rent portfolio and take the lead in the marketing and sale of new homes for the business Key areas of the role include: - marketing and selling new homes at or above target prices and within forecast timescales - assessing sites and working closely with the development team - proactively leading on property sales for the business setting sales targets for new developments and putting measures in place to achieve those targets - preparing sales strategies and ensure that all homes are sold on time and to budget - setting sales targets for the team and team members and achieve or exceed those targets - working effectively with estate agents, solicitors and other professionals in ensuring the smooth progress of the sales programme - researching and developing policies and procedures for the advertisement, marketing, letting and re-letting of market rented properties Role Profile Available £20 - £25 per hour Perm Salary - £36,172 - £40,190 35 hours a week If you demonstrate a new home or shared ownership sales background and are available for your next opportunity contact Liam Jones on or
