The Client An opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading providers of employee services , including employee benefits and insurance products. Employee benefits could include retail discounts, gym memberships, cycle to work schemes, salary sacrifice and insurance products such as private healthcare, dental care etc. Essentially, they provide these employee services to major national clients who want to offer these benefits to their employees ensuring they have a happy workforce. They provide this unique approach to employee engagement bringing together digital and face-to-face communication to provide employees easy access to their benefits, discounts, technology and services anytime, anywhere. The Role The role of a Field Sales Executive is essential to the success of the business. By joining as a Field Sales Executive, you’ll represent the business at client sites across the UK to communicate their fantastic benefits packages and available insurance products to staff. With over 400 clients across a range of industries providing services to over 2 million employees this is an exciting opportunity to join a true market leader who continue to grow. As a Field Sales Executive you could be working in a warehouse one week and in a corporate bank the next. Appointments are pre-arranged, so there's no cold calling. You'll need to enjoy travelling and have a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years. We provide our Field Sales Executives with a company car and fuel card, and we’ll book all your hotels. The Package The salary for the Field Sales Executive role is £24,000 with a £35,000 first year OTE. You’ll get a company car and fuel card , hotels sorted, and all expenses paid. We’ll provide all the technology you need with an iPad Pro and an iPhone. And, as they are an employee benefit provider, prviate healthcare and pension scheme come as standard.
