Sports Recruitment - Trainee Graduate Level So you are a naturally ambitious competitive character who never likes to lose. We are looking for a particular individual, who has that "SPARK" about them and is ready and prepared to hit the ground running. We want someone can demonstrate they are resilient character so when they get knocked down they can pick them self back up again, like those on the sports field. As a sports recruitment consultant you will be placing candidates into a variety of different sporting industries such as; Communications, TV production, Legal, Finance, Sales and Events. As a sports recruiter you will be offered international travelling to world leading network events with brands such as the Barclays Premier League, ICB and F1 in order to a win and headhunt new possible business and candidates. You will be in charge of researching and building relationships with new and established professionals to sell your unique opportunities to them. Being personable and knowledgeable is essential for this role; you will need to be able to take control and charge of the whole process as both the client and the candidate are relying on you to deliver an efficient service.
