Job Role: Sales Executive / New Account Manager Basic Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 /year bonus many other benefits (listed below) Achievable OTE: Year 1 : £90,000 /year Year 2 : £130,000 /year Our Client Our client is a well established sales and marketing company with headquarters in Singapore and has regional offices throughout Asia. The client has many high business partners that they execute marketing campaigns on behalf of and use tele-marketing and web marketing methods to promote their partners products and brands on the global stage. Our client has recently opened a new additional office in the region to facilitate the launch of new campaigns therefore they seek sales executives with excellent closing and negotiating skills to join the team and add further value to an already well-established professional organisation. Commission paid fortnightly Sales executives will receive a basic salary and uncapped earning with achievable OTE of year 1: £90,000 and year 2: £130,000 Additional bonus and incentive schemes available on achieved sales The opportunity to grow within the company with career progression. Achieve sales goals through qualification and closing skills. Interacting with the client live when closing business Achieve monthly targets Desired experienced and skills – Sales Executive / New Account Manager Must have direct sales experience Excellent relationship building skills Superb interpersonal communication skills Well organized with exceptional time management Motivated and ambitious Proven track record at closing business over the phone or F2F.
