Swedish speaking Pre-Sales Advisor

An exciting new role has come available in Northern Ireland for a fluent Swedish speaker to join and international PreSales team. The job is based in Belfast - a vibrant and multicultural city with lots of activities to do during the day as well as in the evening. Besides this, outside the city you will find beautiful countryside to explore! As a Pre-Sales Specialist you will represent a very well-known and global software company where you will be conducting both in- and outbound call to business clients. Understanding your clients needs and engage with them to make sure your clients get the value for their products subscriptions. Helping them with issues and troubleshooting technical issues will also be part of your tasks. This is a versatile role which requires you to work in a fast paced environment. We are looking for candidates who have: * Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Swedish and English * Previous phone sales experience * B2B experience a plus * Excellent listening and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Eagerness to learn and develop * Good practical and working knowledge of Dynamics 365 or Office 365 The selection process is done remotely via email, phone and skype. Once you are successful you will be asked to book your own flight to Belfast, but your flight costs will be reimbursed, 7 nights in a city centre hotel upon arrival, support in finding accommodation, opening bank accounts and much more.
