Job Title Location Salary + Benefits Chubb Fire & Security, part of the Carrier global group of businesses, is currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant. The main goal of this role is to focus on growing the Chubb Fire and Security recurring revenue services, selling Fire Detection and Alarm System Maintenance & Monitoring, Security Systems Maintenance & Monitoring, Extinguisher Maintenance, Fire Risk Assessments and Warden Training within a defined geographical sales area thereby creating long term sustainable growth. What can we offer you? + Salary or OTE + Company vehicle or cash allowance + Experienced, dynamic and highly skilled leadership team + 24 days holidays plus bank holidays, plus option to purchase additional days + Matched pension scheme + Free parking + Fully funded study + A central Benefits programme that offers a wide variety of discounts, soon to include Health & Wellbeing services + Bravo Awards which recognise outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellence What will I be doing as a Sales Consultant + The purpose of the role is to generate recurring revenue from new and existing customers by selling a compelling proposition to switch customers from their current Security/Fire services supplier to Chubb. + Achieve monthly sales quotas for both fire and security targets and maintain weekly KPIs. + Target third party service takeovers i.e. new or existing customers who do not have the full suite of the Chubb Fire & Security Services, providing regulatory advice and solutions for customers Fire Safety and Security requirements. + Gain new business via the existing Chubb customer database and non-Chubb customers Already noted above. + Target regional multiple site prospects within your defined geographical area. + Regularly network with local engineers on prospect opportunities and target to get a minimum of 1 order per week from the engineer lead scheme. + Accurately prepare and present contracts and associated paperwork to prospective clients. + When required Assist engineers and customer service teams to ensure customer service satisfaction and dispute resolution. To be successful in this role you will: + Evidence of successful sales experience from within a target driven environment. + As a service based seller, a consultative sales approach is required and therefore a knowledge or understanding of service contracts would be advantageous. + Experience in face to face B2B customer negotiations. + Computer literacy including Microsoft Office. + Good literacy and numeracy skills. + UK Driving Licence More about us: Carrier make modern life possible by delivering ground breaking fire safety, security, building automation, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems and services.
