Overview
My client is a global player in the customer experience space and, after a period of aggressive growth in the US, is now looking to 4 graduates to add to their London sales team. Their platform is focused on driving customer loyalty through seamless post-purchase experiences that allow retailers to retain, engage, and delight customers. Working with over 500 brands, many of which are household names, my client values a strong work ethic while finding time to celebrate professional wins and personal achievements. 4 x Graduate Sales Development Representative Central London £24k Basic (1st year OTE £45k) February Start Benefits 22 days annual holiday Global company with start-up feel Amazing office space - bean bags, free coffee & breakfasts Defined promotional track to Account Executive position - typically 15months Offices in the US Holiday and "Winners Dinners" performance rewards Early finish Friday's if targets hit My client is looking for someone who is hardworking and highly motivated who thinks outside of the traditional cadence and social selling realm. Above all, you are passionate about e-commerce, innovation in retail, and delivering the best possible customer experience. Responsibilities Partner cohesively with an account executive to drive pipeline in the enterprise segment of retail, branded manufacturers, and DNVBs Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and initiatives and market opportunities Identify top accounts with key contacts and strategically set meetings Leverage cold calling and outbound emails to gain traction within accounts Schedule and maintain a healthy pipeline that supports our rapidly growing sales organisation Requirements No experience necessary Recent graduate (2016-2018) Well educated Articulate and personable - contacting C level executives High energy Ambitious with competitive nature (demonstrable via sports or academia) Money motivated, driven to earn If you think you'd be well suited to sales and you have the relevant skills then don't hesitate to send over your CV to Josh Knight at Graduate Fasttrack.
