Job Title: CRM -Telesales Development Place of Work: Clapham Office Reports To: Sales Director Salary: £25K Basic plus £6K commission and bonus - £31K OTE About the company: Cleanology is a dynamic and fast-growing commercial cleaning, security and facilities management company, providing professional services to offices, restaurants, retail outlets, schools and other businesses around London. The company employs 650 staff. Job Purpose: The CRM - Telesales Development Executive is responsible for achieving set weekly targets that generates new customer information and appointments through telesales. Significantly increase the number of clients purchasing the company’s services by prospecting new potential customers. Working with the Sales Director to develop the CRM. Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company. Maintaining and developing pipeline\dashboard across the business. Main Duties: Meet appointment setting targets set by management. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of leads and target lists of potential new customers. Work closely with the sales team to help establishing contact to new customers. Update Salesforce\CRM systems to properly track potential customer and customer contacts. Working with other departments to ensure CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company. Help with various projects assigned to the sales team Help with market research when necessary Help with competitor research when necessary This position has daily interactions with clients, team members and various critical departments within the company. Skills Qualifications and Experience Required: Previous experience in a telesales environment Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives Strong sales, analytical, organisation and communication skills are essential. Previous experience with CRM or Salesforce. Ability to adapt to new technologies, products and procedures Ability to work and thrive in a target driven environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with excellent listening skills Excellent IT skills (good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and experience working with a CRM system) Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
