Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join a dynamic and expanding company in the Plymouth area. You will be making outbound calls from data provided to business across the South West, building relationships with clients, offering them fantastic customer service. As well as creating new leads you will be expected to have the flair to upsell with their current client base. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to businesses Research the industry clients in the geographical area within the sector You will be expected to hit targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis Communicate with all clients in a professional manner Administration and recording with notes on the calls made Skills and attributes Experience with B2B calls Great customer Service Confidence with cold calling Organised and methodical Relationship building Good written and communication skills Self Motivated Team player This is a full time permanent role with great opportunity for you to grow within the organisation, with a competitive salary and commission opportunities, this would suit a driven individual who strives to be successful and wants to do well within the sector. The role is Monday - Friday and has free parking onsite. £30-£35K OTE
