JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator LOCATION: Highbridge SALARY: Circa £22K - £24K PA bonuses (realistic OTE of an extra £4K per year) HOURS: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Core hours are 9.30am - 3.30pm, otherwise start and finish times are flexible as long as it equates to a 40 hour working week….what an amazing benefit The Company: National, established manufacturing firm with great integrity and a committed and innovative way of working. The role: Your core purpose in this role will be to develop and promote the business by providing sales, commercial and administrative support to the team in order to achieve order levels within agreed time scales. You will be working mainly to team KPIs which will revolve around new enquiries, orders, order value and visits. Your personal KPI will be 30 calls per week where you will make outbound calls to obtain details of decision makers, ideally gaining contact details (email address) to pass on to the External Sales Manager. You will be working in a open plan, team environment of approx. 10 - 15 people, but you will be supporting the External Sales Manager and will work really closely with them. A benefit of this is that the External Sales Manager has been promoted from this role and therefore you will have the support and knowledge of a person who really wants this working relationship to thrive and succeed. You will very much be considered highly involved in this working relationship, your ideas and initiative will be greatly received and respected. This will really suit a confident, innovative and client focused individual with exceptional sales support skills. Day to day duties will include: Business development Responding to customer queries Up selling and cross selling to promote the full range of services Promoting and booking visits for the Sales Manager Achieving order levels Preparing quotations Completing customer care programmes to ensure maximum satisfaction, continuity of business and maximising referral opportunities Administration support - stationary, order admin, statistical information gathering etc We would love to hear from candidates who have: B2B negotiating experience - perhaps a background in recruitment, insurance sales or estate agency as an example of prior experience Experience of using a CRM system A positive, proactive, innovative and customer focused approach to work Confidence in a sales support role involving outbound calling It is hard to express in an advert what a uniquely challenging and enjoyable position this is.
