Pre - Sales Engineer - Basingstoke - AV £40K - £45K - upwards OTE A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading AV companies in the country as a Pre Sales Engineer. My client is looking for an individual who can work both internally and externally to help grow their flourishing business. If you are an existing Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Consultant, Sales Executive or Field Sales Manager I want to hear from you Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Design Audio-Visual solutions to meet customer requirements. Producing an equipment list of everything required for the solution specified. Produce schematics and technical documentation. Attending meetings with business development managers, acting as a technical expert. Respond to new customer enquires both by phone and email. Help enhance customer relationships by attending meetings with members of our sales team. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar Pre-Sales role. Minimum of 2 years working in a customer facing role. Good knowledge of AV technologies, including VC and UC. An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff across all levels in a way that is easy to understand. High quality written and verbal communication. Competent in MS Office and Visio. Able to produce accurate schematics/technical drawings from customer requirements. The ability to work under pressure and to timescales, often working on multiple projects simultaneously. Are you reading this thinking you have what it takes?
