Overview
Meraki Talent are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join a highly reputable global pension, insurance and investment company located within walking distance to Basingstoke train station. My client is looking for candidates who enjoy working in a customer service focussed role and who want to work within the financial services sector. This will be an initial 3 month role and offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a global financial services organisation. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and appointments are subject to passing a credit and disclosure check. This is an urgent role and my client is looking to review applications ASAP. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Acting as the main point of contact for all customers queries Processing customer data onto the CRM ensuring a high level of accuracy Making outbound calls to customers Ensuring consistency with customer service levels is maintained to ensure clients receive excellent service all the time Providing full support with customers’ accounts and ensuring all administration tasks are completed Background of the Customer Service Representative Previous customer service experience MS Word, Excel, In-house CRM experience Excellent customer service skills across all channels; phone, email and written correspondence Accustomed to working within a fast-paced organisation and the ability to remain calm under pressure Highly organised and skilled in problem solving Excellent communication skills both written and verbal To be considered for this vacancy you must meet the full criteria above.
