£ 18,000 - £ 20,000 Pro-Rata Computer Talk is a Managed IT Service provider offering products and services to Schools and Businesses in and around the Essex area. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Internal Sales Assistant to join our team to assist with our continued business growth. The Role The role involves supporting a team of field-based salespeople with an emphasis on developing new business. Candidates must demonstrate a keen interest in technology as well as possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills and the ability to build relationships. We are looking for extremely high levels of self-motivation, confidence and drive whilst being comfortable working within a sales environment. Effectively deal with telephone inquiries requesting quotations and product information. Create quotations for hardware and services. Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary. Meet and exceed the agreed specific performance objectives. Maximize sales by continually expanding orders and up-selling additional services Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the CRM Work as part of the team to develop and drive the sales strategy The Candidate Minimum A-Level in English & Maths Must be able to demonstrate a keen interest in technology Minimum of 1-years business to business sales or experience of working within the education sector Results-focused with high levels of energy & drive. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. Strong relationship building is a key requirement. Strong planning and organizational skills Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
