Sales / Lettings Negotiator - Oxford - up to £20k basic plus commission Fantastic opportunity to work for an established Independent Estate Agent and Lettings brand based out of their office in Oxford. Our Estate Agent client is looking for a well presented, polished and motivated Sales and Lettings negotiator who is seeking a fresh and exciting challenge. They are offering a fantastic salary package and believe in promoting success. Energy, enthusiasm and passion are required for this role. A proven track record in Sales and / or Lettings is required. Sales / Lettings Negotiator Duties: ·Book and carry out viewings •Successfully negotiating offers Essential skills for Estate Agent Sales Valuer: •Current Estate Agency and / or Lettings experience ·Able to learn quickly, take responsibility and strive for success ·A dynamic, fun individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects ·An "A player" who isn't afraid of hard work ·Someone who can build relationships with our clients whilst also exploring new opportunities ·A key member of our team who believes in our purpose, values and culture ·Full UK driving licence and own car
