Overview
Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading Estate Agency brand in Oxford. Due to expansion within the business, our client are keen to recruit a Branch Manager to join the team. Role Leading by example and setting the pace for your team. Inspire new levels of exceptional customer service. Coach, manage and motivate your team to meet targets. Eagerness to grow the business by identifying opportunities and implementing innovative ideas. Able to deal with issues promptly and confidently. You'll also be hands on in managing the business. Candidate The successful individual will either have previous management experience within property or is looking to take a step up. A capable leader who is able to motivate a team to succeed. Experience with meeting and exceeding targets. Knowledge of the local market would be an advantage Package Basic to £38,000, OTE c£55,000. Excellent progression opportunities. Uncapped commission.
