Business Sales Agent - Pharmacy - Clifton - £25k - £35k basic Commission and Car Allowance A rare and fabulous opportunity to join this international company based out of their office in Clifton. They are leading specialists in selling businesses in various sectors and their core services are the valuation and sale of trading businesses across the Primary and Social care sectors, Hospitality and Retail, where they act for a range of independent and corporate clients. They expanded into pharmacy sales in 2010 and are now the leading agent in this highly specialist field. There has recently been a surge in market activity and to respond to this, they are now looking for a dynamic agent to join their team, based in their Bristol office and working mainly across the South West of England and South Wales. It is likely that you will have been working in property sales or a similar environment for at least a year. Their experienced team in Bristol will provide all the training and support you will need to be a successful pharmacy agent in this dynamic and niche market. Main Duties will include: • Assisting senior colleagues with the management of multi-site business sales as part of a project team • Preparing marketing literature, managing enquiries from interested parties, encouraging offers and negotiating sales • Progressing sales by liaising with key contacts, including solicitors • Providing ongoing advice to clients to ensure a successful outcome • Developing your own portfolio of business sales across the region • Networking with fellow professionals, industry contacts and influencers • Working as part of their motivated team to enhance their reputation and profile UK wide Personal characteristics required: ·Estate Agency experience essential ·Very high personal standards ·Hard working and resilient ·A good level of numeracy and literacy ·Energetic and self-driven ·Great and natural communication skills ·Someone who is looking for a long term career with progression ·Polished, well spoken and well presented Please note that applications will only be considered from candidates who have Estate Agency experience.
