Travel Sales Consultant - Central London - £26- 40k basic My client a leading independent travel company are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated travel consultant to join their fast-growing first and business class flight division. Assisting with complex worldwide flight itineraries, you must be willing to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment whilst always offering bespoke solutions and a high-touch personalised travel service. This is an exciting opportunity within a fast-growing company, with excellent prospects for career and personal development. Skills and attributes • A demonstrated passion for travel with a minimum of 1 years travel industry experience, preferably with a luxury travel agency, tour operator, flight broker or business travel background. • Knowledge of a GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or Worldspan) • Impeccable attention to detail and cross-checking skills • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Highly organised, ability to prioritise and multitask especially when under pressure • Strong sales acumen • Fluency in English is essential • Good knowledge of Worldwide destinations ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Booking all first and business class flights • Delivering great customer service and maintaining an 'above and beyond’ attitude • Being aware of travel budgets for corporate clients and ensuring cost effective solutions are provided
