Role: Sales Executive Location: Bury Salary: Up to £25k DOE Uncapped Commission (OTE £33k) Hours: Full-time or Part-time Mon-Fri DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR’S EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE B2B MARKET? Tailor Made are delighted to be working with a niche company based in Bury who provide a bespoke consultancy service for both SME’s and large businesses. Our client are expanding due to growth and are seeking ambitious, self-driven Sales Executives to join their team on a Full-time or part-time basis. This is an amazing opportunity for somebody who is looking to thrive within a fun and ambitious office. With continuous support and ongoing training, progression within this company is easily achievable. The successful candidates hard work will be recognised and rewarded generously with uncapped commission, monthly and annual incentives including vouchers, days off and free weekends away. The office is in the heart of Bury and has free parking along with a free gym for employees and an onsite cafe. Roles and responsibilities; ? Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads ? Manage sales pipeline, from initial contact to closure, accurately forecast and report on accordingly ? Work with the relevant internal departments to drive sales and customer experience ? Booking appointments for field sales agents to attend ? Ensure customers information is kept up to date on the CRM system The ideal candidate will; ? Be a strong communicator with a consultative style ? Have B2B sales experience ? Be proactive, driven and motivated to succeed ? Highly motivated and resilient ? Ability to work independently using own initiative and working in a team ? Good written and verbal communication skills Benefits ? Commission is uncapped OTE £33,000 ?
