Overview
Retail Supervisor/Brand Ambassador - this is a permanent, full time position paying £21,000 plus bonuses I'm currently recruiting a Retail Supervisor/Brand Ambassador for one of the oldest brands in the UK. The role is based in Central London and the successful candidate will have previous supervisory/team leader experience as well as retail sales experience. Responsibilities: Working on the shop floor you will be responsible for engaging with customers Telling customers about the brand and its products Offering advice and guidance Handling transactions - both card and cash Stock management Hosting master-classes Managing staff rota's Overseeing the day to day work of the team We need: Must have retail experience Previous experience of managing staff rota's/team leader experience Strong communication skills Excellent customer services experience Outstanding presentation skills Attention to detail Great time management Organised Quick to learn new processes and procedures Flexible A doer The Red Agency are a recruitment business acting on behalf of our client.
