Overview

A global consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced build to rent property manager to manage an important portfolio on behalf of a valued investor. The company offers training, development, a fantastic team and a bonus culture. The role will involve the management of several buildings in 3 locations on the south coast and east London ensuring optimal service to tenants at all times. You will be responsible for the customer experience through managing on site staff, liaising with head office and being hands on with tenants to deal with any issues or complaints. You will be creating communities that are exceptional to live in. The successful applicant must have second to none property management expertise in AST residential management with a proven track record in demonstrating exceptional service to tenants. You must be able to provide solutions to issues and be customer service driven. This is a huge opportunity for the right applicant to learn asset management with around a third of the role involving reporting to the client regarding yield optimisation. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right applicant with over 5 years AST property management experience to progress into a build to rent operational and asset management role. It is a great career move to understand the value that expert property management adds to the asset. To apply you must have ARLA or NFOPP qualifications with over 5 years experience in AST property management. Any experience in leasehold management or lettings would be advantageous. A stable career history is essential to demonstrate resilience, patience and longevity with clients. Anybody less than a year in their previous 2 roles will be automatically discounted. The role is based in Central London with monthly travel throughout the UK. Salary is £35,000 - £40,000 with a 20% bonus available and various other benefits.
