My client are a Global Software company who are looking to recruit an internal account executive. The role: Working with 1-2 External Account Managers Liaising with clients Relationship building Ensuring all quotes, orders and processes are managed Resolving queries for clients and ensuring a very high level of customer success Upsell or inform clients of other offerings that are available to them The Person: The most important thing is that you have excellent customer service skills If you are a recent graduate, you will have a keen interest in technology, software and helping people If you have 1-2 years experience it will need to be in either a support, sales or technology based industry ideally The Company: Global presence Offer excellent training and personal growth for their employees Excellent package
