Juice Recruitment is excited to be working with an exciting and dynamic organisation Energy company, based in the centre of Bristol, which is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join their rapidly expanding team. This is a varied and dynamic role and would suit a motivated, target driven sales professional who has strong, previous experience within Business Development & Account Management who is looking to take the next step within their sales career. As a Business Development Executive you will be directly responsible for generating fees and new business opportunities by way of promoting technical products and services. Key responsibilities • Build and manage client relationships • Drive sales across a portfolio of exciting clients • Identify, generate new business • Maximising profitable revenue • Utilise reporting systems, tracking and monitoring of sales activity • Use market data to understand current markets • Take a consultative approach to all your work • Maintain and improve customer service • Communicate with clients and organisations over the phone, email and face to face As the ideal candidate you will be a confident effective communicator with a consultative approach to sales and proven B2B sales track record. You have the ability to create and maintain long term relationships with clients and all levels of industry professionals. You are a highly driven, self motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under sometimes pressurised circumstances. Previous experience and an interest in Energy sales would be advantageous.
