Assistant manager -Premium fashion brand St Pancras up to 27k We are delighted to be supporting this unique customer focused fashion forward premium brand, looking for a talented Assistant manager to join their branch in, St Pancras. This store is extremely high profile, with head office not so far away. You will come from a high profile store or flagship environment, experienced in leading high profile visits. You will be a true ambassador to your sales team, ensuring all of the customers have an exceptional store experience, tailored to being in this very busy station More about you; You will be well connected within your network and commercially up to date with the market and customer profile. You will set the tone in regards to customer experience, putting the customer at the heart of your decision making. Always lead by example to engage and lead your team, often taking the spot-light on the shop floor. As an experienced retail leader, you will commercially drives sales and impact results through analysing results, visual impact, partnering with all brand functions/partners and engagement. A flair for store operations, supporting the store manager to set the store up for success and deliver the best service to the client. Managing daily deployment to ensure the best experience for our customers. Commercially focused and able to articulate, figures, results and commercial decisions.
