Overview
Retail Advisor - Rolling Contract Our client are a well known international Vape Company who have presence across a number of countries with one mission & one mission only, to help consumers of traditional cigarettes make a move onto Vape products eliminating their Tobacco consumptions. Role Overview: Based in their Shop in Shop stores Waterloo & Victoria train station, the role requires the candidate to engage adult smokers, to inform and educate on our clients products. The ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience of engaging consumer face to face in a retail or customer service environment. Flexible working hours is a must due to the nature of the business. Role & Responsibilities: Day to day management of the Shop in Shop and Inventory management Ensuring Challenge 25 policy is implemented and adhered to at all times Ensuring all company instore promotion materials are being updated and displayed in store Bringing to live the companies consumer engagement programs through face to face contact Engaging consumers to help them understand product ranges Working as part of a store team and building team relationships Adhering to instore policies Required skills: Experience in retail and/or customer service - minimum 2 years Self motivated Demonstrable consumer engagement skills Experience of regulated brands (not a must-have but nice to have) Professional, enthusiastic and friendly approach Excellent team player Ability to work of your own initiative Vaping knowledge is not essential but would be an advantage Demonstrable success in consumer face to face engagement Benefit of working with regulated brands preferable but not essential Customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred Salary £14 per hour
