Business Development Manager- B2B £55k base, c£110k OTE, plus Car, plus Benefits North UK The client is a leading international Blue Chip technology group whose portfolio of B2B solutions are utilised across multiple sectors, verticals, and applications. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding division within the Group where there is significant market potential and opportunity for growth. Field based, the role is new business focused and will be selling a highly innovative solution which incorporates physical hardware, software, and services. The approach is targeted, solution led and consultative in nature, selling to corporates, mid-market businesses, and some SMB. The role benefits from internal sales and marketing support, however the ability to self-generate and develop leads in key target markets will be important. As the pipeline of business is built and contracts secured there will be need to manage client relationships during implementation phase, and longer term, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout. Candidates will have extensive experience of selling solutions or services in a B2B field based environment, in the corporate, mid-market and SME space. Your CV should demonstrate a clear track record of achievement or over achievement against targets, and you should be comfortable in a new business 'hunter’ role, with the commercial acumen required to identify, negotiate and close profitable contracts. Robust and timely reporting, communication, and professional presentation are important.
