Job Description As the successful Area Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales growth and profitability targets specifically with Architects for your designated territory, this area is slightly flexible depending on where you live but will either be north London or east London. You will be expected to deliver financial growth targets in line with business forecasts, along with providing key market feedback based on competitor analysis and service provision. You will manage your own diary and conduct regular CPD presentations. Person Specification You will have a proven track record within sales and will have worked within the construction, building materials and built environment. As the Area Specification Manager, you will have a high level of commercial awareness and will be able to deliver tangible evidence of sector knowledge and sales achievement. You must have dealt with architects, gaining product specification and be used to dealing with main and subcontractors. You might have experience within flooring, glazing, KBB, walls, ceilings, furniture and fit out, or of external products such as roofing, building envelope, cladding, insulation, timber to name but a few.
