EAC are currently representing a fantastic opportunity within a Global Leader for an experienced Sales Executive. If you have a desire to generate New Business through building strong relationships, whilst working in a fast-paced target driven environment, then this could be the ideal role for you The Role Sales Executive On Offer £23,000 basic ( £4K - £7K uncapped commission) Full training & development Family feel environment Up to 27 Days Annual Leave Plus Bank Holidays Excellent pension scheme Duties for the successful Sales Executive: Managing existing clients, optimising the relationship and up-selling Build and maintain new, external business Liaising with key stakeholders Work closely with various departments to ensure sales opportunities are maximised Understanding the needs, pressure points and struggles of your Clients Achieving set targets set by the Internal Sales Manager Plan and prepare presentations and meetings Negotiating terms and conditions The ideal Candidate for the Sales Executive role: Must have 1 - 2 years Sales experience Must have experience on the phone Excellent understanding of the sales process Can build trust and rapport Natural sales ability and flair Excellent Customer Service skills Strong Organisational skills Very competitive and hunger to succeed / target driven
