SALES CO-ORDINATOR Daventry Permanent Excellent opportunity Competitive salary Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm 1 hour lunch We are recruiting a permanent employee to join a longstanding,local company in their sales team, to proactively sell to new business, whilst up selling and supporting the existing clients.We are looking for a real team player with a flexible and positive attitude and the ability to be self motivated. The right candidate will have a working background in a similar sales office environment /industry. The Role Sales order processing Support existing customer base of merchants and contractors Handling enquiries for a range of products. Assisting the achievement of departmental KPI'sand sales targets. Working closely with the Area Sales Managers in updating them with incoming sales and current projects Undertaking proactive and reactive calls within our target markets. Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system Working proactively with Area Sales managers and other departments as required Upselling products to both existing and Lapsed/Potential customers Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills at all times Computer literate (Microsoft Office including excel), Numerate with outstanding accuracy to detail Experience of proactive and reactive sales support Key administrative office skills Benefits: Company pension scheme Bonus scheme In the first instance please send in an up to date CV Cordant People are an equal opportunities Employer.
