Overview

Out client is one of London's leading developers and they have instructed us to find an outstanding Project Sales Manager to run a unique regeneration development in West London. You will be responsible for managing the development and the sales team, ensuring sales targets are achieved through innovative sales and marketing strategy. The right candidate will have a wealth of knowledge of the London Market, and have a proven track record of managing a successful development. This is an amazing opportunity for progression and a long career with the developer. The responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day running of the marketing suite and making sure emails, telephone enquiries and all leads are being followed up. Generating new leads, monitoring feedback and keeping the developer up to date on a regular basis. Implementing sales strategy and supporting sales agents Support the team on the delivery of Customer Service Attend regular meetings with Senior management to discuss progress of the development Set and manage budgets and costings for sales and marketing Assist the directors in weekly reporting, strategic planning to achieve sales targets and compiling competitor research and market analysis Undertake Market research Meetings with the team to motivate and drive them to hit KPI's and help develop them to their full potential Skills Required: Proven track record of management of a residential development - at least 2 years' experience Proven track record of leadership Excellent negotiation skills Be familiar with the off-plan sales process Confident in building relationships and networking with buyers, search agents and introducers.
