Our client is recognised as a market leader in one of the UK's largest industries - Right now they have the opportunity to change the course of any salesperson's career. With decades of packaging experience contributing to the development of the company, they have truly created a business model like no other in the industry. They're recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the company vision forward in the North East of England. Responsibilities: To identify, develop and close new business opportunities that will contribute to the company's growth objectives A proven track record in rapidly developing strong relationships at the decision-maker level To provide timely, accurate and up-to-date reports on account activities and opportunities Maintain and develop customer relationships to achieve set budgets and targets Requirements: Experience in selling packaging solutions, services or materials into clients in the North East of England Proven track record of success throughout sales career Candidates must be able to drive Offering: The package for this role is dependant on experience, the range is £30,000 to £45,000 with a very lucrative commission structure. Candidates with prior industry experience can expect to double their salary. There's also an outstanding and unique incentive offered to candidates which will be disclosed over the phone, upon application.
