Overview

Role As Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sales management of a number of major residential schemes across Manchester/Greater Manchester. This is a mixture of directly sold schemes and those sole via tier 1 agencies. You will ensure that the team is motivated, focussed and given all the tools and training required to achieve the company’s business plan. You will ensure the flow of accurate and timely information which will enable the business to plan and forecast effectively. Working closely with the marketing and construction departments you will focus on providing outstanding levels of customer service. Company My client is a major residential developer who have an outstanding reputation for the quality of their product and surpassing customers’ expectations. They have an exciting pipeline of new schemes as well as a number of very high-profile developments already underway. Person You are an experienced Residential Sales Manager working either for a developer or a high-quality, new build focussed agency. You are driven by achieving targets and helping your team (internal/external) to perform to the absolute best of their ability, motivating, developing and rewarding. You set the standard and lead by example, you are sharp and have the control and systems/processes in place to ensure that you are on top of the sales function. You will focus on the customer journey to identify need, budget, buying position etc to make absolutely sure that every lead is progressed to its conclusion. You are robust, an excellent communicator and passionate about the property sector, and a team player who is willing to get stuck-in.
