Overview
Our client is a rapidly expanding Technical FM company that has a varied client base including large Blue-Chips, SME's, and Public Sector Institutions such as Universities and Government Agencies. Due to continued growth through recent acquisitions and an aggressive expansion plan, an exciting opportunity now exists for a Business Development & Contracts Manager to join this leading organisation. Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for business development throughout a defined territory. Key responsibilities include: devising and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with new and existing clients, generating leads and appointments with decision makers, attending meetings to present and close new business, handling customer enquiries, contract management, supporting operational delivery, and other ad hoc work as required. The successful candidate will have proven sales and contract management experience ideally in a facilities management or construction background. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
