Overview
Our client based in Sutton Coldfield are currently looking for a Telephone Sales Consultant to join their existing team. This role is a permanent role and full training will be given. You will be working within a stable existing team. You will be starting off on a excellent basic salary of £ 22,000 with an OTE of £ 30,000. Main Duties: Building strong relationships with existing and new clients Making outbound calls to chase quotations Producing quotations Following up leads from the website Upselling and cross selling various products and services Ensuring all orders are sent out to customers within agreed timeframes Handling day to day incoming queries Dealing with emails and responding accordingly Key Skills: Previous customer service / account management / sales experience essential Excellent communication skills - both written and oral Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm (Flexible) Salary: £ 22,000 basic £ 30,000 OTE Benefits: Free Parking Ref: KH87 "Hollyfield Personnel do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
