Overview

Role: Recruitment Consultant Location: Tunbridge Wells Salary: Up to £28,000 basic (dependant on experience) Uncapped commission with no desk fee. What will you do: Working in either of our Marketing or Life Sciences division, you will develop a specialist market and build your reputation as a Recruitment partner for clients and candidates. - Market mapping and identifying new business opportunities - Building strong relationships with both candidate and client networks - Managing the entire 360 process - Pitch to new business clients and secure working relationships - Attract the best candidates using innovative methods, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals as well as actively headhunting passive candidates to meet your clients’ requirements - Understand your clients needs and projects in order to match the best talent - Gather information from your networks to build your client network - Manage the interview and onboarding process for both candidates and clients About you: You need to be prepared to work hard, have a passion for people and business and be a natural networker. If you have that mix, then we want to hear from you. You may not necessarily be experienced in Recruitment but will have proven experience working in sales, estate agency or in a b2b environment working to targets and experience in negotiating and influencing people. To succeed in Recruitment you must be tenacious, resilient and have strong prioritisation skills.
