Overview
Do you have experience with new build properties? We are currently searching for a New Homes Sales Negotiator for an exciting developer in Bracknell. They are seeking an on site sales negotiator to join their team. Duties will include; Negotiating and agreeing contracts with customers liaising with head office. Match customers to suitable properties and organise viewings at the earliest opportunity. Welcome all customers in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport. Chasing sale leads and answering any enquiries. Progressing sales from exchange through to legal completion. Creating reports and feeding back to management. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience working with a new build developer.
