Overview
I am currently looking for a Internal Sales Consultant to join a leading filtration business based in London. This team is expanding due to some internal moves and strong results in 2019. The role will be managing internal calls, responding to queries and looking to sell the brands products where possible, so at least 1 year doing a similar role is essential. Key responsibilites: Respond to all incoming sales leads. Schedule calls to follow up on potential leads after a proposal has been sent. Full management of the companies CRM system to ensure all leads are captured. Manage existing portfolio of clients. Make regular contact with exisiting clients to maintain a strong relationship and upsell where possible. Manage contract renewals and ensure CRM system is updated. Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure renewals are processed in a timely manner. What they are looking for: At least 12 months prior experience in an internal sales positiion. Live within 1 hour commute of London as the role if office based. Strong ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. A passion for sales, this role comes with a quarterly bonus which is based on your own performance. This is a great opportunity with a business that is expanding rapidly.
