We are searching for high caliber individuals who want to progress into management and are passionate about customer service and driving sales. You will be able to demonstrate personal success within sales and/or customer services. Be able to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver when under pressure. Able to adopt a flexible attitude to working hours as evening and weekend working will be required. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Book qualified market appraisals and mortgage appointments for customers within the Connells Group estate agency branches to undertake. Aim to deliver excellent customer service at all times by carefully listening to all customers requirements, maintaining accurate records of all communications and ensuring all necessary follow-up action is taken at the earliest opportunity. Deliver exceptional performance results at all times by aiming to exceed your key performance indicators (KPI’s) at every opportunity. EXPERIENCED REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer facing or on the phones or a newly qualified graduate You may be from Telesales, Retail, estate agency, hospitality, customer service or a related industry.
